Patricia Kiwanuka is a CFA® Charterholder and the President of the CFA Society of East Africa.
She is the Managing Director of Revenu Stream, an advisory financial services firm focusing on financial planning and wealth management, investment risk and quality assurance as well as financial coaching to individuals and institutions in Nairobi, Kenya. She also provides expert pension and investment advise to corporate clients including National Bank of Rwanda (Central Bank.)
Patricia Kiwanuka’s career spans over 20 years. She begun at Alexander Forbes Financial Services (EA) Limited as an Actuarial Consultant, she then moved on to Local Authorities Provident Fund as the Benefits Administration Manager. She was also Vice President and Head of Africa Business Development at PineBridge Investments East Africa (now Sanlam Investments.) Patricia is the former Group Managing Director, UAP Old Mutual Asset Management and Property Business which is part of the Old Mutual Kenya Group of Companies.
She currently serves as Chairperson of the Nairobi Securities Exchange Derivatives Product Advisory Committee, and is a Council Member for United States International Univerisity – Africa. She is the immediate former Chairperson of the Association of Retirement Benefits Schemes and has been involved in several technical committees set up by the Capital Markets Authority (Kenya) and the Retirement Benefits Authority (Kenya). Patricia is a former Director of Sidian Bank (formerly K-Rep Bank) and a former Chairperson of the Association of Retirement Benefits Schemes (ARBS). She has also acted as Pension Advisor to the East African Community Secretariat.
Patricia holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi. She continues to pursue professional development including attending course at the Insead Business School and currently pursuing a Masters in Psychology.
